A cap for covering a mounting flange of a post anchor, the cap having a generally flat upper portion from which side walls extend downwardly therefrom and a slit through which a blade of the post anchor can protrude, the cap being configured to cover the mounting flange and ends of fasteners used to secure the mounting flange to a ground surface. A post anchor for use with the cap is also provided.
