A dual control truck
Abstract A truck comprising a chassis supports a forward actuator assembly; and a rearward container. The actuator assembly comprises: a cabin having a seat and driving controls therein; a mechanised arm assembly having a mechanised arm interface operably interfacing a mechanised arm, the mechanised arm able to reach the rearward container, the cabin further having mechanised arm controls for controlling the mechanised arm therein; and a swivel mechanism which interfaces the actuator assembly and the chassis for swivelling the actuator assembly with respect to the chassis. The cabin further comprises swivel mechanism controls for controlling the swivel mechanism therein such that, in use, the truck is configurable in: a transportation configuration wherein the driving controls are used to drive the truck; and a working configuration wherein the swivel mechanism controls on the mechanised arm controls are used to swivel the actuator assembly with respect to the chassis and control the mechanised arm. i2k its Figure 5 Figure 6
