Abstract A combination lock 10 includes a main body 12 with a shackle 14 which is lockable to the main body 12. A series of dials 16 in the main body 12 are rotatable and when the correct combination of selections 20 is chosen, the mechanism within the main body 12 unlocks the shackle 14. In the present embodiment, the selections 20 in each dial 16 comprise a colour icon-number composite 20a to 20j which replaces the traditional numeral only.
