An exterior insulating panel for construction of concrete foundations/floors/slabs which includes an insulating layer; wherein the panel includes at least two upper foldable members; 5 and/or at least two lower foldable members; associated respectively with upper and lower edges of the panel; wherein both the upper and lower foldable members have: a transport configuration; and an in-use configuration for engaging with the concrete foundation/floor/slab once poured.
