-16 Abstract A method of relocating a relocatable dwelling structure from a previous location to a new location, the dwelling being in a useable state in both the previous location and 5 the new location, the dwelling comprising a plurality of wall structures and at least one roof structure connected to the wall structures, the method comprising: installing a roof support beam at or near a join between the wall structures and the roof structure; lifting the roof structure away from the wall structures by means of the roof supporting beam; removing the wall structures; transporting the roof structure and the wall structures to the new location; and reconstructing the dwelling at the new location by assembling the wall structures and the roof structure. A corresponding dwelling is also disclosed. K 4 4-
