A heat-insulating waterproof structure (20) includes a heat-insulating waterproof member (30) arranged on a building body (2). The building body (2) includes a foundation (3) and an exterior wall body (4A) arranged on the foundation (3). The exterior wall body (4A) includes a metal fitting (5) arranged on the foundation (3), a column (6) set on the foundation (3) with the metal fitting member (5) located in between, and a backing (7) arranged on the column (6). The heat-insulating waterproof member (30) includes a heat insulating member (31) and a waterproof member (32) integrated with the heat-insulating member (31). The heat-insulating waterproof member (30) is located at an outer side of the exterior wall body (4A) along the exterior wall body (4A) at a height where the metal fitting (5) is located.
