The invention relates to a holding device (2) which is designed to hold a rotatably mounted door element (111) in a closed position and to release the door element (111) out of the closed position, comprising a locking unit (24) with a force transmitter (241), which has a connection part (246), and comprising a locking mechanism (249) that can be cyclically moved by means of the force transmitter (241) under the effect of pressure between a locking position (p1), in which the locking mechanism (249) reaches a holding position and the holding device (2) is connected or can be connected to a closure element (20), and a release position (p2), in which the locking mechanism (249) reaches a release position and the holding device (2) is released from the closure element (20). According to the invention, the closure element (20) consists at least partly of a magnetic or ferromagnetic material; an installation part (21) comprising an installation body (211) and a holding lever (22) comprising a lever body (221) are provided; the installation body (211) can be connected to the door element (111) and is connected to the lever body (221) by means of a lever joint (23); the lever body (221) has a front piece (2219) which holds at least one holding magnet (282) that is connected or can be connected to the closure element (20) in a force-fitting manner in the holding position; and a coupling unit (25) is provided comprising a coupling body (253) which is connected to the installation body (211) in an articulated manner and to the lever body (221) in an articulated manner at a distance to the lever joint (23) and which is connected to the connection part (246) of the locking unit (24) in an articulated manner.

The invention relates to a holding device (2) which is designed to hold a rotatably mounted door element (111) in a closed position and to release the door element (111) out of the closed position, comprising a locking unit (24) with a force transmitter (241), which has a connection part (246), and comprising a locking mechanism (249) that can be cyclically moved by means of the force transmitter (241) under the effect of pressure between a locking position (p1), in which the locking mechanism (249) reaches a holding position and the holding device (2) is connected or can be connected to a closure element (20), and a release position (p2), in which the locking mechanism (249) reaches a release position and the holding device (2) is released from the closure element (20). According to the invention, the closure element (20) consists at least partly of a magnetic or ferromagnetic material; an installation part (21) comprising an installation body (211) and a holding lever (22) comprising a lever body (221) are provided; the installation body (211) can be connected to the door element (111) and is connected to the lever body (221) by means of a lever joint (23); the lever body (221) has a front piece (2219) which holds at least one holding magnet (282) that is connected or can be connected to the closure element (20) in a force-fitting manner in the holding position; and a coupling unit (25) is provided comprising a coupling body (253) which is connected to the installation body (211) in an articulated manner and to the lever body (221) in an articulated manner at a distance to the lever joint (23) and which is connected to the connection part (246) of the locking unit (24) in an articulated manner.
