A SUBSTRATE FOR FLOORINGS SUCH AS, FOR INSTANCE, SYNTHETIC GRASS TURF, CORRESPONDING SYNTHETIC GRASS TURF AND METHODS OF MANUFACTURE
A substrate (10, 20, 12) for floorings, such as synthetic grass turf, comprises: - a pad (10) made of a first heat-meltable material; - a stabilizing mesh (20) made of a second heat-meltable material; and - a connection layer (12) set between said pad (10) and said mesh (20). The connection layer (12) comprises a third heat-meltable material with a melting point lower than the melting point of the first and of the second heat-meltable materials. The connection layer (12) is a discontinuous layer with a granular structure, so that the substrate is permeable to liquids in order to enable, for example, draining-off of rainwater.
Un substrat (10, 29, 12) pour revêtements de sol, comme un gazon de placage synthétique, comprend : un matelas (10) constitué dun premier matériau thermofusible; - un treillis stabilisant (20) constitué dun deuxième matériau thermofusible; et - une couche de connexion (12) placée entre ledit matelas (10) et ledit treillis (20). La couche de connexion (12) comprend un troisième matériau thermofusible avec un point de fusion inférieur au point de fusion des premier et second matériaux thermofusibles. La couche de connexion (12) est une couche discontinue avec une structure granulaire, de sorte que le substrat est perméable aux liquides pour permettre, par exemple, la vidange de leau de pluie.
