Procédé de préparation d'une ceramique, selon lequel : - on méange dans un recipient renfermant un liquide, 50% a 75% en masse d'un composédestine à former une phase conductrice, et 25% a 50% en masse d'un ou plusieurs matériaux permettant la formation de phases isolantes de nitrure de silicium et d'oxynitrure de silicium modifié après un traitement thermique conduisant à un frittage ; - on effectue des opérations de broyage, de séchage et de tamisage de ce mélange ; - on effectue un pressage de ce mélange ; - et on effectue un frittage de ce mélange pour obtenir une céramique de porosité comprise entre 0 et 30%. Le frittage est effectué sous une pression d'au moins 50 bars d'un gaz non réactif vis-à-vis des constituants du mélange. Ceramique ainsi obtenue, et bougie d'allumage la comportant.
Preparation process for ceramic, according to which: - in a container containing a liquid, 50% to 75% in mass of a compound designed to form a conductive phase is mixed, and 25% to 50% in mass of one or several materials enabling the formation of insulating phases of silicon nitride and silicon oxynitride modified after heat treatment leading to sintering; - crushing, drying and sifting operations are carried out on this mixture; - the mixture is pressed; - and the mixture is sintered to obtain a ceramic whose porosity is between 0 and 30%. The sintering is carried out under pressure of at least 50 bars of a gas that is non-reactive relative to the components of the mixture. Ceramic thus obtained, and spark plug comprising it.
