GYPSUM BUILDING BOARDS
A method of producing gypsum building board, comprises allowing a layer of an aqueous gypsum slurry to set so as to form a board, in which the improvement comprises mixing the gypsum slurry with an aqueous foam produced by foaming water containing at least one non-ionic alkylpolysaccharide foaming agent of the general formula (I) R--O--(G)xwhere: R represents a linear or branched alkyl group having from 6 to 20 carbon atoms; G represents a reducing saccharide moiety connected to R via an ethereal O-glycosidical bond; and x is 1 to 10.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de panneau de construction en gypse, comprenant le fait de permettre à une couche d'une boue aqueuse de gypse de durcir afin de former un panneau, l'amélioration duquel comprenant le mélange de la boue de gypse à une mousse aqueuse produite en faisant mousser de l'eau contenant au moins un agent moussant de type alkylpolysaccharide non ionique répondant à la formule générale (I) où : R représente un groupe alkyle linéaire ou ramifié possédant de 6 à 20 atomes de carbone; G représente une fragment saccharide réducteur lié à R par l'intermédiaire d'une liaison O-glycosidique éthérée; et x vaut de 1 à 10.
