The present invention relates to a dry binder premix including, in weight proportions: Portland clinker with a Blaine specific surface area of between 4500 and 9500 cm2/g, preferably between 5500 and 8000 cm2/g, the minimum amount of said clinker in weight percent relative to the total weight of the premix being determined according to the following formula (I): [-6.10-3 x SSBk] + 75 where SSBk is the Blaine specific surface area of the clinker in cm2/g; fly ash; at least one alkaline sulphate, the amount of alkaline sulphate being such that the equivalent amount of Na2O in the premix is at least equal to 5 wt % relative to the weight of fly ash; at least one source of SO3, in an amount such that the amount of SO3 in the premix is at least equal to 2 wt % relative to the weight of the Portland clinker; additional materials having a Dv90 at most equal to 200 µm selected from among limestone powders, calcined schists, metakaolins, silica fillers, silica powders, pozzolanas, slag, fly ash and mixtures thereof; the amount of clinker plus the amount of fly ash being at least equal to 75 wt %, preferably 78 wt %, relative to the total weight of the premix; the total amount of clinker in the premix being strictly less than 60 wt % relative to the total weight of the premix. The invention also relates to a dry binder mix produced by mixing the preceding premix with aggregate, as well as to a wet concrete composition produced by mixing with water.
La présente invention a pour objet un pré-mélange liant sec comprenant, en proportions massiques : - du clinker Portland présentant une surface spécifique Blaine comprise de 4500 à 9500 cm2/g, de préférence comprise de 5500 à 8000 cm2/g, la quantité minimale dudit clinker en pourcentage massique par rapport à la masse totale du pré-mélange étant déterminée selon la formule (l) suivante : [-6.10 -3 × SSB k] + 75 dans laquelle SSBk est la surface spécifique Blaine du clinker exprimée en cm2/g; des cendres volantes; au moins un sulfate alcalin, la quantité de sulfate alcalin étant telle que la quantité de Na2O équivalent dans le pré-mélange est supérieure ou égale à 5 % en pourcentage massique par rapport à la masse de cendres volantes; au moins une source de SO3, en une quantité telle que la quantité de SO3 dans le pré-mélange est supérieure ou égale à 2 % en pourcentage massique par rapport à la masse de clinker Portland; et des matériaux complémentaires présentant un Dv90 inférieur ou égal à 200 µm choisis parmi les poudres calcaires, les schistes calcinés, les métakaolins, les fillers siliceux, les poudres de silice, les pouzzolanes, les laitiers, les cendres volantes et leurs mélanges; la quantité de clinker + la quantité de cendres volantes étant supérieure ou égale à 75 %, de préférence 78 %, en pourcentage massique par rapport à la masse totale du pré-mélange; la quantité totale de clinker dans le pré-mélange étant strictement inférieure à 60 % en pourcentage massique par rapport à la masse totale du pré-mélange. L'invention a également pour objet un mélange liant sec obtenu par mélange du pré- mélange précédent avec des granulats, ainsi qu'une composition de béton humide obtenue par gâchage avec de l'eau.
