The invention concerns a tensioning device (13) for the canvas (7) of a rehabilitation device (1) for a removable panel (2), characterized in that it includes at least one structure (14), a thermal casing (15) placed inside the said structure (14) and capable of heating the said flexible canvas (7), an internal frame (17) elastically secured to the said thermal casing (15) and at least one actuator (16) secured to the structure (14) and capable of moving the thermal casing (15) so that it moves the thermal casing (15) on the one hand, between a canvas at rest position and a stretched canvas position and, on the other hand, the internal frame (17) between a canvas at rest position and an intermediate position located between the said canvas at rest and stretched canvas positions, the flexible canvas (7) being supported on a part of the thermal casing (15) and maintained by its peripheral edge between the internal frame (17) and the structure (14). The invention also proposes a coating process for a removable panel (2) implementing the tensioning device (13).
L'invention concerne un dispositif de tension (13) de la toile (7) d'un dispositif de réhabilitation (1) d'un panneau amovible (2), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins une structure (14), un caisson thermique (15) disposé à l'intérieur de ladite structure (14) et apte à chauffer ladite toile souple (7), un cadre interne (17) solidaire de façon élastique dudit caisson thermique (15), et au moins un actionneur (16) solidaire de la structure (14) et apte à mettre en mouvement le caisson thermique (15) de sorte à déplacer, d'une part, le caisson thermique (15) entre une position "toile au repos" et une position "toile tendue" et, d'autre part, le cadre interne (17) entre une position "toile au repos" et une position intermédiaire située entre les dites positions "toile au repos" et "toile tendue", la toile souple (7) étant en appui sur une partie du caisson thermique (15) et maintenue par son bord périphérique entre le cadre interne (17) et la structure (14). L'invention propose également un procédé de revêtement d'un panneau amovible (2) mettant en oeuvre le dispositif de tension (13).
