L'invention concerne une structure (1) d'étanchéité, adaptée pour assurer l'étanchéité d'une couche de béton, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend successivement: - une couche (3) bitumineuse étanche, et, au-dessus, - une couche (4) d'enrobé, comprenant des granulats enrobés d'un mastic, présentant des propriétés d'étanchéité.
