LASER CONFIGURED COLUMN ANCHORS AND ANCHORING SYSTEMS UTILIZING THE SAME
A high-strength laser configured column anchor and anchoring system is disclosed. The high-strength column anchor provides high-strength pullout resistance when embedded within the wall bed joint. Specially-configured apertures, edging and dimension restrictions provide for flow-through mortar embedment within the wall bed joint. The edging provides irregular and regular patterns ensuring a secure fit within the bed joint. The column anchors include a flat and rotated form for secure attachment to the column flanges and optionally include a securement bar or clamp to further secure the column anchor to the column flanges.
Un ancrage de colonne conçu au laser haute résistance et un système dancrage sont présentés. Lancrage de colonne haute résistance fournit une résistance très élevée à lextraction lorsquintégré au joint de lit de la paroi. Des ouvertures spécialement conçues, des restrictions de bordure et de dimensions assurent une intégration de transformation du mortier à lintérieur du joint de lit de paroi. La bordure assure des motifs irréguliers et réguliers en vue dune adaptation sûre à lintérieur du joint de lit. Les ancrages de colonne comportent une forme plate et pivotante qui sert à fixer laccessoire aux brides de colonne et, éventuellement, comportent une barre de fixation ou une pince pour sécuriser davantage lancrage de colonne aux brides de colonne.
