A prefabricated mold for construction of a concrete pavement capable of being easily assembled, installed and disassembled and being repeatedly re-used is provided. The prefabricated mold includes coupling segments taperedly installed at both upper and lower ends of the mold to be butt-coupled to each other, fixing rod insertion holes formed through an upper central region of the mold and formed through the coupling segments formed at both sides of the mold, coupling grooves installed in a plural number to protrude from an inner surface of the mold having an internal space formed therein, finishing plates having a plurality of protrusions formed therein to be inserted ;Ito the coupling grooves, fixing rod insertion holes formed at the mold having a slope segment installed at a front upper portion thereof by injection-molding the mold using a synthetic resin material, and fixing rods inserted respectively into the fixing rod insertion holes to fix the mold on the ground.
La présente invention concerne un coffrage préfabriqué pour construire des routes pavées de béton ayant un assemblage, une installation et un désassemblage simples et qui peut être réutilisé à répétition, et dans lequel des pièces de couplage (11, 11') sont fournies d'une manière effilée au niveau de l'extrémité supérieure et de l'extrémité inférieure de manière à être couplées en venant en butée l'une contre l'autre, des trous d'insertion de tige de fixation (14, 14', 14'') sont perforés au niveau de la partie centrale supérieure et au niveau des deux pièces de couplage, un espace est formé dans la partie intérieure arrière d'un coffrage (100) et une pluralité de rainures de serrage (12, 12') font saillie à l'intérieur de celui-ci, une pluralité de protubérances (13, 13') formées sur des plaques de finition (10, 10') sont insérées dans les rainures de serrage (12, 12'), le coffrage (100) comprenant une pièce inclinée (15) formée au niveau de l'extrémité supérieure avant est moulé par injection avec un matériau de résine synthétique, et des tiges de fixation (20, 20', 20'') sont respectivement insérées dans les trous d'insertion de tige de fixation (14, 14', 14'') formés au niveau du coffrage (100), ce qui permet la fixation au sol.
