A drilling and grouting device (20) comprises a drill string (22) including a hollow elongate outer rod (24) having a central axis and a hollow elongate inner rod (26) located coaxially within said outer rod (24), wherein a first outer flow path (80) is defined between said inner (26) and said outer rod (24), and a first central flow path (82) is defined inside said inner rod (26), a drill bit (40) aligned with said inner rod (26) along said central axis and including a second central flow path (84), and a crossover part (50) interposed between said inner rod (26) and said drill bit (40) along said central axis, said crossover part (50) being configured to connect the first central flow path (82) with a second outer flow path (86) surrounding the drill bit (40) to form a main path and to connect said first outer flow path (80) with said second central flow path (84) to form a secondary path. The present invention further concerns a drilling and grouting machine comprising said device and a drilling and grouting method using such machine.
L'invention concerne un dispositif (20) de forage et d'injection, qui comprend un train (22) de tiges de forage comprenant une tige externe (24) allongée et creuse, ayant un axe central et une tige interne (26) allongée et creuse, située de manière coaxiale dans la tige externe (24), un premier trajet d'écoulement (80) externe étant défini entre la tige interne (26) et la tige externe (24) et un premier trajet d'écoulement (82) central étant défini à l'intérieur de la tige interne (26), un foret (40) aligné avec la tige interne (26) le long de l'axe central et comprenant un second trajet d'écoulement (84) central et une partie de transition (50) interposée entre la tige interne (26) et le foret (40), le long de l'axe central, la partie de transition (50) étant conçue pour connecter le premier trajet d'écoulement (82) central avec un second trajet d'écoulement (86) externe entourant le foret (40) afin de former un trajet principal et pour connecter le premier trajet d'écoulement (80) externe avec le second trajet d'écoulement (84) central pour former un trajet secondaire. La présente invention concerne en outre une machine de forage et d'injection qui comprend ce dispositif et un procédé de forage et d'injection qui utilise cette machine.
