A bracket for attaching bridging members to a thermal stud being generally C- shaped with parallel spaced apart flanges connected by a central web having opening in the web of the stud which spans the majority of the width of the web and where the openings are provided with flanges extending perpendicularly from the edges of the opening into the interior of the stud. The bracket is a generally L-shaped bracket having a leg with a means to properly locate a bridging member centrally within the bracket and the stud wall and a base for overlying the web of the stud. The base has a width approximately the same as the stud and preferably has flanges extending perpendicularly from the base at either end thereof to engage and be able to attach to the flanges of the stud. The base is also provided with a centrally located tab extending perpendicularly from the base to allow the bracket to be properly positioned within the web of the stud.
Linvention concerne un support pour raccorder des éléments de raccordement à un goujon thermique étant généralement en C avec des brides espacées parallèles reliées par une toile centrale ayant une ouverture dans la toile du goujon sétendant sur la majorité de la largeur de la toile et où les ouvertures sont dotées de brides sétendant de façon perpendiculaire des rebords de louverture jusquà lintérieur du goujon. Le support est généralement un support en L doté dune patte pouvant localiser correctement un élément de raccordement au centre du support et du colombage et une base pour recouvrir la toile du goujon. La base a une largeur correspondant approximativement à celle du goujon et est munie préférablement de brides sétendant de façon perpendiculaire de la base à lune ou lautre des extrémités du goujon pour pouvoir être raccordée aux brides du goujon. La base est aussi fournie avec un onglet centralisé sétendant de façon perpendiculaire à partir de la base pour permettre de positionner correctement le support dans la toile du goujon.
