Modular building system which consists of a building system in which the carcassing is made up of a number of prefabricated units (1) assembled as a stack, each of the units (1) consisting of a wooden framework structure comprising a succession of vertical uprights (2) spaced apart with a standardized spacing, in which the vertical uprights (2) span the entire height between floors, the vertical uprights (2) of the wall at storey N+1 each resting directly on a vertical upright (2) of level N, while assemblies (3) lateral to the vertical uprights (2) and/or assemblies on elements inserted between uprights (2) perform the functions of holding and bracing the vertical uprights (2).
Système de construction modulaire consistant en un système de construction où le gros uvre est constitué de plusieurs unités (1) préfabriquées assemblées en superposition, chacune des unités (1) est constituée d'une structure ossature bois, comprenant une succession de montants verticaux (2) espacés selon un entraxe normalisé, dont les montants verticaux (2) sont filants toute hauteur entre planchers, les montants verticaux (2) du mur en étage N+1 reposant chacun directement sur un montant vertical (2) du niveau N, tandis que des assemblages (3) latéraux aux montants verticaux (2) et/ou des assemblages sur des éléments insérés entre montants (2) assurent les fonctions de maintien et d'entretoisement des montants verticaux (2).
