DECK ATTACHMENT BRACKETS AND BUILDING USING SAME
There is provided a deck attachment bracket for attaching a deck to a concrete foundation of a building. The deck attachment bracket generally has an attachment portion being attachable to the concrete foundation of the building for use; a siding clearing portion being made integral to the attachment portion and extending perpendicularly from the attachment portion; a joist receiving member being made integral to the siding clearing portion, the joist receiving member having two spaced-apart members configured to receive a joist from above and being spaced from the concrete foundation by a siding clearing distance during use; and a reinforcing web made integral to and extending perpendicularly from the attachment portion, along and under the siding clearing portion, and upwardly along an external face of the joist receiving member during use.
Il est décrit un support de raccordement de terrasse servant à attacher une terrasse à la fondation dun bâtiment. Le support de raccordement de terrasse comprend essentiellement les éléments suivants : une partie de raccordement pouvant sattacher à la fondation du bâtiment aux fins dutilisation; une partie de dégagement du bardage intégrée à la partie de raccordement qui saillit de celle-ci de façon perpendiculaire; un élément dencastrement de solive intégré à la partie de dégagement du bardage, ayant deux éléments espacés configurés pour encastrer une solive depuis le haut et séparés de la fondation par une distance de dégagement du bardage pendant lutilisation; une maille de renforcement intégrée à la partie de raccordement, laquelle maille saillit perpendiculairement de la partie de raccordement, longe la partie de dégagement du bardage et passe sous cette dernière et sétend vers le haut le long de la face externe de lélément dencastrement de solive pendant lutilisation.
