A prosthetic apparatus for reinforcing a top of a rotted/deteriorating upstanding pole. A prosthetic embodiment ensleeves the pole at its uppermost end to provide an elongate support on which insulators and other various equipment can be mounted in a secure fashion. A second embodiment reinforces a cross arm of a pole. The present invention provides a simplistic and inexpensive fix to preexisting rotting utility poles while also enabling a safe and efficient installation.
Un appareil prothétique servant à renforcer le sommet dun poteau pourri ou en train de se détériorer. Une réalisation prothétique sinstalle autour de lextrémité supérieure du poteau afin de fournir un point de support allongé sur lequel les isolateurs et diverses autres formes déquipement peuvent être montés de façon sûre. Une deuxième réalisation renforce la partie transverse dun poteau. La présente invention fournit une solution de réparation simple et peu couteuse pour les poteaux des services publics pourrissants tout en permettant une installation sécuritaire et efficace.
