INTERCONNECTED LOCK WITH DIRECT DRIVE FOR ADJUSTABLE DEADBOLT TO LATCHBOLT SPACING
An interconnected lock for use on a door, where the lock has adjustable offset spacing between a deadbolt and latchbolt. The lock includes first and second shafts for actuating the deadbolt lock mechanism, at different offset spacings. A linkage arm connected to and moveable by the latchbolt actuator is alternately connectable to rotate either the first or second deadbolt-actuating shaft. The linkage arm has first and second upper positions, for alternate connection to rotate the first and second deadbolt-actuating shafts, respectively. Upon operation of the interior actuator, the linkage arm moves the deadbolt along the second axis from the latched to the unlatched position at the same time that the operation of the interior actuator moves the latchbolt along the first axis from the latched to the unlatched position.
La présente invention concerne une serrure interconnectée destinée à être utilisée sur une porte, la serrure présentant un espacement décalé réglable entre un pêne dormant et un pêne demi-tour. La serrure comprend des premier et second axes permettant d'actionner le mécanisme de serrure à pêne dormant, à différents espacements décalés. Un bras de liaison raccordé à l'actionneur de pêne demi-tour, et déplaçable par ce dernier, peut être raccordé, en variante, pour mettre en rotation le premier ou le second axe d'actionnement de pêne dormant. Le bras de liaison possède des première et seconde positions supérieures, pour un raccordement alterné pour mettre en rotation les premier et second axes d'actionnement de pêne dormant, respectivement. Suite à l'actionnement de l'actionneur intérieur, le bras de liaison déplace le pêne dormant le long du second axe de la position verrouillée vers la position déverrouillée en même temps que l'actionnement de l'actionneur intérieur déplace le pêne demi-tour le long du premier axe de la position verrouillée vers la position déverrouillée.
