The invention relates to a joint-sealing tape for sealing construction joints, in particular for sealing against sound and/or smoke and optionally against fire. In particular, the invention relates to a joint-sealing tape for sealing a joint between a first component and a second component, comprising an elongate connecting element and at least two sealing elements, which have a predetermined geometry and which are positioned on the connecting element in such a way that the at least two sealing elements extend in the connecting-element longitudinal direction at a distance from each other and adjacent to each other. The invention further relates to a sealing assembly for sealing construction joints, in particular for sealing against sound and/or smoke and optionally against fire, comprising such a joint-sealing tape. L'invention concerne une bande d'étanchéité de jointure pour refermer de manière isolante des jointures de bâtiment, notamment pour refermer en protégeant du bruit et/ou de la fumée et éventuellement du feu. L'invention concerne notamment une bande d'étanchéité de jointure pour refermer de manière isolante une jointure entre un premier élément et un deuxième élément, comprenant un élément de liaison allongé et au moins deux éléments d'étanchéité qui présentent une géométrie prédéterminée et qui sont positionnés contre l'élément de liaison à distance l'un de l'autre dans la direction longitudinale de l'élément de liaison. L'invention concerne en outre un dispositif d'étanchéité pour refermer de manière isolante des jointures de maçonnerie, en particulier pour refermer en protégeant du bruit et/ou de la fumée et éventuellement du feu, comprenant une bande d'étanchéité de jointure de ce type.
