Une installation de plomberie composée d'un collecteur d'eau grise, un échangeur de chaleur, un clapet anti- retour, , d'une anode. L'ensemble de l'installation est un récupérateur de chaleur ayant pour fonction d' extraire la chaleur contenue dans les rejets d'eau chaude d'un procédé afin de préchauffer l'eau qui alimente un bain/ douche ou un chauffe-eau . La conception de l'échangeur de chaleur permet une grande surface de transfert de chaleur du récupérateur. La présente invention est caractérisé par une méthode ainsi q'un ensemble de moyen simple intégré au récupérateur de chaleur prévenant la contamination du réseau d'eau potable par l'eau grise . La pression hydrostatique positive de l'eau potable de l'échangeur est supérieur à la pression de la partie d'eau grise tout au tour de l'eau potable .La présente invention est munie d'un clapet anti-retour installé sur la conduite d'eau potable pour prévenir la contamination du réseau d'eau potable.
The invention relates to a heat recovery unit to transfer heat from a gray water source discharged from a bath or a shower to preheat fresh cold water supplying a bath, a shower, a boiler system or hot water heater. The heat recovery unit comprises an inner tube, an outer tube, a non-return valve, an anode, deflectors as well as associated piping and fittings. Fresh water from a pressurized public network or well flows through the inner tube while the gray water flows between the inner and outer tubes. The non-return valve installed in the fresh water pipe prevents contamination of the drinking water system. A translucent pipe may be installed in a section of the gray water piping system to detect any leaks. An insulated jacket may be placed around the unit to reduce heat loss. The heat recovery unit may be used in domestic, commercial, industrial and institutional buildings.
