An improved hinge (1; 100; 150; 200; 250; 300) for revolving shutters (A), especially of shower boxes, comprising a structural assembly which includes a strike block (2; 201) defining a substantially vertical main axis (Y) and suitable to be made integral with a fixed or bearing auxiliary structure (?'), a pair of shaped flanges (3, 4; 103, 104; 203, 204; 203, 204) opposite, facing and coupled each other through fastening means (5) in such a way as to define a side recess (6) in which the strike block is substantially housed (2; 201), a side groove (7) which communicates with the outside and develops for at least part of the perimeter of the shaped flanges (3, 4; 103, 104; 203, 204; 253, 254) and is suitable to receive a peripheral portion of a revolving shutter (A) of a shower box, and an inner seat (8) hidden from view in which rotation means (9) are stably housed defining an auxiliary axis (?') parallel to the main axis (Y) of the strike block (2; 201) and cooperating, on one hand, with the strike block (2; 201) itself in such a way as to define a first operative position, in which the revolving shutter (A) closes, remaining stable in position, a room of the shower box, and at least one second operative position, in which the rotating shutter (A), as a result of rotation around the main axis (Y) imparted by a user, opens fully, remaining stable in position, the room of the shower box, and, on the other side, with elastic means (10) suitable to retain the rotation means (9) stably against the strike block (2; 201) at each of aforesaid operative positions. In particular, the elastic means (10) comprise an elastically yielding laminar body (11) shaped in such a way as to substantially embed in its own overall encumbrance the rotation means (9) which include a single idle roller (12; 156) extending for the entire height (H), defined parallel to said main axis (Y), of a head portion (13) of the strike block (2; 201), opposite to the base portion (14) associated with the fixed or bearing auxiliary structure (?').

La présente invention concerne une charnière améliorée (1 ; 100 ; 150 ; 200 ; 250 ; 300) destinée à des volets roulants (A), en particulier de cabines de douche, comprenant un ensemble structural qui comprend un bloc de frappe (2 ; 201) définissant un axe principal (Y) sensiblement vertical et approprié pour faire corps avec une structure auxiliaire (?') fixe ou de support, une paire de brides (3, 4 ; 103, 104 ; 203, 204 ; 203, 204) mises en forme, opposées, se faisant face et accouplées l'une à l'autre par un moyen de fixation (5) de sorte à délimiter un évidement latéral (6) dans lequel le bloc de frappe est sensiblement logé (2 ; 201), une rainure latérale (7) qui communique avec l'extérieur et se développe pour au moins une partie du périmètre des brides (3, 4 ; 103, 104 ; 203, 204 ; 253, 254) mises en forme et qui est appropriée pour recevoir une partie périphérique d'un volet roulant (A) d'une cabine de douche, et un siège intérieur (8) dissimulé dans lequel un moyen de rotation (9) est logé de façon stable et définissant un axe auxiliaire (?') parallèle à l'axe principal (Y) du bloc de frappe (2 ; 201) et coopérant, d'un côté, avec le bloc de frappe (2 ; 201) lui-même de sorte à définir une première position fonctionnelle, dans laquelle le volet roulant (A) ferme, tout en demeurant dans une position stable, une pièce de la cabine de douche, et au moins une seconde position fonctionnelle, dans laquelle le volet roulant (A), du fait de la rotation autour de l'axe principal (Y) communiquée par un utilisateur, ouvre entièrement, tout en demeurant dans une position stable, la pièce de la cabine de douche, et, sur l'autre côté, avec un moyen élastique (10) approprié pour retenir le moyen de rotation (9) de manière stable contre le bloc de frappe (2 ; 201) au niveau de chacune desdites positions fonctionnelles susmentionnées. En particulier, le moyen élastique (10) comprend un corps laminaire (11) élastique mis en forme de manière à incorporer sensiblement dans son propre encombrement global le moyen de rotation (9) qui comprend un seul galet libre (12 ; 156) s'étendant sur toute la hauteur (H), définie parallèlement à l'axe principal (Y), d'une partie tête (13) du bloc de frappe (2 ; 201), opposée à la partie de base (14) associée à la structure auxiliaire (?') fixe ou de support.
