SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AUTOMATING THE WORKFLOW OF SNOW CLEARANCE FOR A PROPERTY
A system and method are proposed for automating the workflow of snow clearance for a property. This system consists of one or more sensor-based apparatus placed at exterior premises of the property to capture real-time measurements about snow accumulated at these premises, a property user system in which user of property defines criteria for raising a snow clearance job at property via a user interface device, a snow clearance provider system in which a snow clearance provider provides availability for snow clearance service via a user interface device and a cloud-computing based server software application that gathers real-time snow depth measurements from the property and property user system's requirement for raising snow clearance job at property. The method includes cloud-computing based server software application, that analyzes data from apparatus at exterior premises of the property and user configuration, to decide on raising/ not raising snow clearance job at the property. The method also includes the cloud-computing based server software application assigning snow clearance job to a snow clearance service provider. The method also includes a provision to send an indication to the user of the property about the completion of snow clearance job once snow clearance service provider performs snow clearance at the property.
