A removable shelter apparatus operable to cover a driveway and an adjacent sidewalk so as to inhibit the accumulation of snow thereon. The removable shelter apparatus includes a frame wherein the frame includes a first portion and a second portion. The frame is comprised of a plurality of releasably secured sections wherein the sections include vertical support members and cross support members. The cross support members extend intermediate adjacent vertical support members coupling opposing ends thereof. The frame further includes a plurality of roof support members that are arcuate in shape and extend intermediate opposing sides of the frame. The removable shelter apparatus includes a roof having integrated sidewalls extending downward towards the ground. A plurality of anchor members are releasably secured to the vertical support members. At least two of the vertical support members includes break-away joints wherein the break-away joints are proximate the anchor members.
