QUICK-FIT PRECAST CONCRETE STAIRS
The present invention provides precast concrete stairs for installation between an upper landing and a lower landing wherein the precast concrete stairs have a bottom end having a bottom surface extending horizontally from a back side of the precast concrete stairs. A front section of the bottom end of the precast concrete stairs has a cut-out section having a front bottom flat plate portion extending horizontally from a front edge of the bottom end to a bottom end wall extending vertically from the bottom surface of the bottom end. The bottom flat plate portion is adapted to rest on a top surface of the lower landing and having a rise from the lower landing of a first stair the same as the rise on the remaining stairs.
