Perm A Post is designed for to preserve and prevent the deterioration or the rotting of wood wooden vertical materials placed below grade. (earth or other grades) Perm A Post has been designed with two (2) independent parts. (1) a plastic sleeve of varying thickness and sizes. (2) a plastic collar of varying sizes and shapes in order to seal of the plastic sleeve. Perm A Post has been designed to encase and encompass (sleeve) that portion of any vertical wooden materials that are to be placed below grade and then by securing the plastic collar at the grade level with screws which will cover the top portion of the sleeve for the purpose of sealing the wooden materials thereby preserving and preventing moisture entering the wooden materials and creating deterioration and the rotting of the wooden materials thereby extending the life of said wooden materials placed below grade.
