SLIDING AND BRAKING DEVICE FOR SLIDING DOORS AND SHUTTERS
A sliding and braking device (10) of sliding doors closing off and opening two adjacent rooms comprises a profile (12) made of metal or other suitable material having a substantially "C" shaped cross-section with a lower horizontal branch or base (22), attached with screws or equivalent means to the inner face of the door (14) to be moved and fitted with an inverted "U" seat constituting the sliding guide (19) for one or more wheels (20) of at least one support (40) attached to a wall (42), above the through opening between said rooms. The device further comprises two damper stops (24), each consisting of a piston (26), a coil spring (28) overlapping one another and a pivoting slider (38). The two damper stops (24) are opposite and fixed along the base (22) of the profile (12) misaligned with each other; the pivoting slider (38) which such stops are fitted with, are provided with and abutted by an appendage (56) and (58) projecting from the support (40) and defining an actuator.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de coulissement et de freinage (10) de portes coulissantes fermant et ouvrant deux pièces adjacentes, comprenant un profilé (12) en métal ou en un autre matériau approprié ayant une section transversale sensiblement en forme de "C", doté d'une branche ou d'une base horizontale inférieure (22), fixé par des vis ou des moyens équivalents à la face interne de la porte (14) à déplacer et équipé d'un logement en "U" inversé constituant le guide de coulissement (19) d'une ou de plusieurs roues (20) d'au moins un support (40) fixé à une cloison (42), au-dessus de l'ouverture traversante entre lesdites pièces. Le dispositif comprend en outre deux butées d'amortisseur (24), constituées chacune d'un piston (26), d'un ressort hélicoïdal (28) se chevauchant et d'un coulisseau pivotant (38). Les deux butées d'amortisseur (24) sont opposées et fixées le long de la base (22) du profilé (12) de manière non alignée l'une avec l'autre ; les butées équipées dudit coulisseau pivotant (38) sont pourvues d'un appendice (56) et (58) en saillie du support (40) et définissant un actionneur, et sont mises en butée par ce dernier.
