SLEEPER FASTENING SYSTEM ON A BALLASTLESS TRACK
The invention relates to a system for securing sleepers in a ballastless track formed by a base plate, sleepers and an interposed elastic intermediate plate, wherein the sleeper body (13) comprises at least one through-hole (12), and the base plate comprises the corresponding blind holes (16) in which a securing pin (17) is embedded, to which a guide rod (22) that can be inserted in the through-hole (12) is joined, via which the sleeper is secured to the base plate in such a way that no additional pretensioning is added to that caused by the positioning of the sleeper thereon, and only a certain amount of vertical movement is permitted, forming a disassemblable assembly of the securing elements and the sleepers.
Système de fixation de traverses sur une voie sans ballast formée d'une dalle d'assise, de traverses et d'une semelle élastique interposée entre les deux, le corps de traverse (13) comprenant au moins un trou débouchant (12) et la dalle d'assise comprenant des trous non débouchants (16) correspondants dans lesquels est encastré un bloc d'ancrage (17) auquel vient s'accoupler un axe de guidage (22) inséré dans le trou débouchant (12), ces éléments permettant de fixer la traverse à la dalle d'assise de manière à éviter la production d'une sollicitation s'ajoutant à celle résultant de sa mise en place sur ladite dalle d'assise et à permettre uniquement un certain mouvement vertical, formant un ensemble démontable d'éléments de fixation et de traverses.
