METHOD FOR FORMING THREE-DIMENSIONAL TEXTURE ON PLASTIC FLOOR
A method for forming a three-dimensional texture on a plastic floor, the method comprising the following steps: printing colour pigment on an outer surface of a substrate (40) according to a preset texture pattern using a digital printing unit (10) to form a pattern layer (42), wherein the outer surface of the substrate (40) is blank or plain; forming a transparent molten plastic raw material onto the pattern layer (42) by using a first forming unit (20) so as to form a protective layer (43); and forming an uneven three-dimensional texture (44) on the protective layer (43) by using a second forming unit (30) so as to form a plastic floor having the three-dimensional texture (44). The pattern of the plastic floor can be designed by oneself, and the three-dimensional aesthetics are strong.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de formation d'une texture tridimensionnelle sur un sol en plastique, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : l'impression d'un pigment de couleur sur une surface extérieure d'un substrat (40) selon un motif de texture prédéfini en utilisant une unité d'impression numérique (10) pour former une couche de motif (42), la surface extérieure du substrat (40) étant vierge ou unie ; la formation d'une matière première plastique fondue transparente sur la couche de motif (42) en utilisant une première unité de formation (20) de façon à former une couche protectrice (43) ; et la formation d'une texture tridimensionnelle irrégulière (44) sur la couche de protection (43) en utilisant une seconde unité de formation (30) de façon à former un sol en plastique qui a la texture tridimensionnelle (44). Le motif du plancher en plastique peut être conçu sans aide, et l'esthétique tridimensionnelle est forte.
