A cutdown machine for a roller blind comprising: a cutting station between a feed station and an output station, wherein the cutting station comprises stationary clamps adjacently upstream and downstream of a cutter to hold and support the roller blind during and after cutting; a feed vacuum chuck and an output vacuum chuck to vacuum swarf during cutting of the roller blind, wherein the feed vacuum chuck is arranged upstream of the cutting station at the feed station, and the output vacuum chuck is arranged downstream of the cutting station at the output station; a heat blade adjacently downstream of the cutter to heat seal cut kerf edges of the roller blind after cutting; and wherein at least the cutter, stationary clamps, and feed vacuum chuck are servo actuated and controlled to automatically sequentially cut the roller blind into a plurality of roller blinds having custom widths.
Cette invention concerne une machine de découpage pour un store enrouleur, comprenant : une station de découpage entre une station d'alimentation et une station de sortie, la station de découpage comprenant des pinces stationnaires adjacentes en amont et en aval à un dispositif de coupe pour retenir et supporter le store enrouleur pendant et après le découpage ; un mandrin à vide d'alimentation et un mandrin à vide de sortie pour aspirer les copeaux pendant le découpage du store enrouleur, le mandrin à vide d'alimentation étant disposé en amont de la station de découpage au niveau de la station d'alimentation, et le mandrin à vide de sortie étant disposé en aval de la station de découpage au niveau de la station de sortie ; une lame thermique adjacente en aval du dispositif de découpage pour sceller de manière étanche à la chaleur des bords entaillés du store enrouleur après le découpage ; et au moins le dispositif de découpages, les pinces fixes et le mandrin à vide d'alimentation étant actionnés et commandés de façon asservie pour découper automatiquement de manière séquentielle le store enrouleur en une pluralité de stores enrouleurs ayant des largeurs personnalisées.
