Lumber has bad weather durability, requires frequent maintenance, and has relatively short lifetime especially for outdoor application. Extruded aluminum profiles has high cost due to the manufacturing process and limitation on the minimum wall thickness and uses more paint. Our invention is a solution that substitute lumber and aluminum extruded profiles for outdoor applications and high humidity indoor application combining the benefits of aluminum and lumber while saving significantly in cost. Our product is lightweight yet strong, weather durable, available in wide variety of colors and wood designs.
