MOBILE MATERIAL SIFTER
The concepts, systems and methods described herein are directed towards a device for sifting soils. The device (100) is provided to including: a frame (120) having open areas at top (170), bottom (180), and rear side; (125) a plurality of wheels (130) coupled to the frame; a first screen (110) coupled to the frame, wherein the first screen has a grid to receive material for sifting; a vibrating unit coupled to the first screen, wherein the vibrating unit is configured to vibrate the first screen such that small objects and dirt in the material pass through the screen and the open areas of the frame and the large objects in the material fall off from the first screen at a first side of the sifting device; and a tow hitch (150) to be coupled to a vehicle, the vehicle pulling the sifting device using the tow hitch.
L'invention concerne des concepts, des systèmes et des procédés portant sur un dispositif destiné au tamisage de terre. Le dispositif (100) comprend : un cadre (120) ayant des zones ouvertes au niveau d'un côté supérieur (170), d'un côté fond (180) et d'un côté arrière ; (125) une pluralité de roues (130) accouplées au cadre ; un premier tamis (110) accouplé au cadre, le premier tamis ayant une grille destinée à recevoir un matériau en vue du tamisage ; une unité vibrante accouplée au premier tamis, l'unité vibrante étant conçue pour faire vibrer le premier tamis de sorte que de petits éléments et de la terre présents dans le matériau traversent le tamis et les zones ouvertes du cadre et que les gros éléments présents dans le matériau tombent du premier tamis sur un premier côté du dispositif de tamisage ; et un attelage de remorquage (150) à accoupler à un véhicule, le véhicule tirant le dispositif de tamisage à l'aide de l'attelage de remorquage.
