METHOD FOR PRODUCING A TEXTILE TRANSVERSE FORCE REINFORCEMENT, SUPPORTING DEVICE, TRANSVERSE FORCE REINFORCEMENT, CONCRETE COMPONENT, AND YARN PLACEMENT FILE
The invention relates to a method a supporting device (1) for producing a textile transverse force reinforcement, designed as at least one thread (17) comprising fibres which are suitable for transferring loads. According to the invention the transverse force reinforcement (5) or the supporting device (1) can be produced in curved form or can be curved in at least one plane perpendicular to the cross-section of the transverse force reinforcement (5), the thread (17) being placed on the supporting device (1) to form the transverse force reinforcement (5). The supporting device (1) consists of support elements (2) connected to one another in an articulated manner in one degree of freedom. The invention further relates to a transverse force reinforcement and use thereof to reinforce two shells of a concreted sandwich structure and at the same time to connect them to one another. The invention also relates to a concrete component and to a thread placement data file.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de support (1) pour produire une armure d'effort tranchant textile constituée à partir d'au moins un fil (17) comportant des fibres conçues pour le transfert de charges. Selon l'invention, cette armature d'effort tranchant (5) ou ce dispositif de support (1) peuvent être produits de manière à être curvilignes ou peuvent être courbés dans au moins un plan perpendiculaire à la section transversale de l'armature d'effort tranchant (5), un dépôt de fil (17) se produisant pour former l'armature d'effort tranchant (5) sur le dispositif de support (1).
