Disclosed is a wall panel assembly, and a kit for producing the assembly. The assembly includes a plurality of wall panels. Each one of the panels, independently, includes a front-facing surface and a wall-facing surface. The front-facing surface defines a respective panel image. The respective panel image defines a visual representation of a portion of an object, such that: (1) a plurality of front-facing surfaces, and (2) a plurality of panel-defined visual representations, are provided. The panels are co-operatively configured for connection to establish the assembly that defines an assembly-defined front-facing surface, defined by the plurality of front-facing surfaces. The assembly-defined front facing surface defines an assembled-state visual representation of the entire object. At least one of the wall panels is a partial image-defining wall panel. The visual representation, defined by the respective panel image of the partial image-defining wall panel, is a visual representation of an incomplete object only.
