Ein Schlüsselrohling zur Herstellung eines Wendechlüssel-Blatts 1 zur Verwendung mit einem Zylinderschloss mit radialen Stiften. Jede Seite des Blatts 1 des Rohlings weist ein V-förmiges Talprofil 40 auf, das sich über den grössten Teil der Länge des kodierenden Teils des Blatts erstreckt. Beim Kodieren des Schlüssels werden Kodierungsaussparungen 42 in jeder Flanke 41, 41' des Tals 40 gebildet. Jede Kodierungsaussparung 42 weist eine vorbestimmte Menge von Kodierungstiefen 42 1 , 42 2 , 42 3 auf. Die Flankenflächen bilden die Basiskodierung 42 0 des Kodierungsschemas.
A key blank for producing a reversible key blade 1 for use with a cylinder lock with radial pins. Each side of the blade 1 of the blank has a V-shaped valley profile 40 extending along the majority of the length of the coding part of the blade. When coding the key, coding recesses 42 are formed in each flank 41, 41' of the valley 40. Each coding recess 42 has one of a predetermined set of coding depths 421, 422, 423. The flank surfaces form the base coding 420 of the coding scheme.
