Method for preparing LiTi204 powder material
The invention relates to a preparation method of a functional material LiTi204 powder. Under the inert atmosphere protective conditions, TiO2 powder is reduced by using TiO as a reducer at high temperature, and meanwhile, reacts with Li2CO3 to obtain the LiTi204 powder material. The method comprises the following steps: respectively weighing Li2CO3, TiO and TiO2 powder according a certain mole ratio, and thoroughly mixing uniformly; transferring the uniformly mixed material into a heating furnace, and keeping at certain temperature for some time under inert atmosphere protective conditions; and cooling, grinding the product uniformly, and drying to obtain the LiTi204 powder material. The method has the advantages of moderate preparation temperature, low energy consumption, low requirements for equipment and simple preparation technique, and can easily implement industrial production.
