The invention discloses a method for improving the mixing amount of mining waste rocks in cement. The method comprises the following steps: matching mining ore-dressing scrap waste rocks including 14.2 parts of the sandstone, 4.3 parts of the iron powder and 102 parts of the crude material with78 parts of the limestone; and in proportion, mixing and stirring the mining ore-dressing scrap waste rocks and the limestone by using a hooking machine or a loading machine in a mining area, and then feeding into a grinder to prepare cement. The method for improving the mixing amount of the mining waste rocks in the cement, disclosed by the invention, can overcome the defects that the cement quality is unstable, the cost is high, the economical benefit is poor and the like in the prior art, so that the advantages that the cement quality is stable, the cost is low and the economic benefit is good are realized.
