Cooling way for belite-barium calcium sulfoaluminate cement clinker
The invention provides a cooling way for belite-barium calcium sulfoaluminate cement clinker. The cooling way comprises the following steps: taking a material fired at the temperature of 1350 DEG C out of a high-temperature furnace, and then performing air cooling rapidly to reduce the temperature to below 1000 DEG C within 20-120s; reducing the air speed to reduce the temperature of the material to below 550 DEG C within 5-20min; and increasing the air speed to reduce the temperature of the material to below 50 DEG C within 30-150s, thereby obtaining the belite-barium calcium sulfoaluminate cement clinker. The content of gamma-C2S in the belite-barium calcium sulfoaluminate cement clinker provided by the invention is relatively low, and the gelatinization activity is high; the cooling energy consumption is reduced and the cost is reduced; and the process is simple.
