Method for improving blending amount of road cement-slag powder
The invention discloses a method for improving the blending amount of road cement-slag powder. The method comprises the following steps: adjusting the grading of a mill, namely, arranging an activation flow-limiting coil for grinding, controlling flow and lifting in a fine-grinding bin; adjusting the grading of a grinding body inside the mill according to the variety of a material and cement; adjusting process parameters including the size of a screening device, the ventilation rate inside the mill and the rotating speed of the mill in combination with parameters of the material so that the powder-selecting efficiency of the mill is optimized; periodically calibrating, checking, metering and weighting; improving the strength of a clinker; adjusting the blending amount of granulated blast furnace slag powder so that the content in percentage by weight of granulated blast furnace slag powder is 8.2%, the content in percentage by weight of gypsum is 5.3% and the content in percentage by weight of clinker is 86.5%. By the method for improving the blending amount of road cement-slag powder, the defects of unreasonable gradating of the mill, poor metering accuracy, low strength of the clinker in the prior art can be overcome and the disadvantages of reasonable gradating of the mill, good metering accuracy and high strength of the clinker are achieved.
