Preparation method of chemical aluminum hydroxide
The invention relates to a preparation method of a chemical aluminum hydroxide, particularly a preparation method of a chemical aluminum hydroxide for solid face material fillers. The method is characterized by comprising the following step: mixing graded aluminum hydroxide and a ground dry white aluminum hydroxide dust collection material to obtain the chemical aluminum hydroxide. The preparation method is simple and reasonable, is easy to implement, and especially effectively utilizes the low-added-value dust collection material generated in the dry white aluminum hydroxide production process; and the dust collection material is mixed with the graded aluminum hydroxide by using the characteristics of incomplete structure and favorable grindability to prepare the chemical aluminum hydroxide used as a solid face material filler. The particle size D50 is 17-21 mu m. The chemical aluminum hydroxide has the characteristics of high brightness and low viscosity. When in use of customers, after the aluminum hydroxide filler is added, the processing flowability is enhanced, the curing time is shortened, the mechanical properties of the solid face material are enhanced, and the resin consumption is reduced.
