Expanded perlite coating material and composite steel tile prepared from same
The invention relates to an expanded perlite coating material and a composite steel tile prepared from the same, belonging to the field of building materials. The expanded perlite coating material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 210-260 parts of silicone-acrylic emulsion, 40-80 parts of expanded perlite, 2.5-3 parts of hydroxypropyl cellulose, 0.6-1 part of waterproofing agent, 0.5-1 part of antiaging agent and 1.5-2 parts of anti-cracking fiber. The composite steel tile prepared from the coating material comprises a metal substrate layer, wherein a thermal insulation layer prepared from the expanded perlite coating material is arranged on the metal substrate layer. The coating material has the advantages of light weight and high adhesive force with metals; the anti-cracking fiber is added to enhance the strength of the coating; and therefore, the phenomenon of peeling can not be easily generated even if the coating material is coated or rolled on the metal substrate on large area. The composite steel tile prepared from the coating material can be subjected to large-scale production in factory buildings and can also be subjected to site operation, thereby being beneficial to saving the cost for the user.
