Acid-leaching-method laterite-nickel-slag-based autoclaved wall material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an acid-leaching-method laterite-nickel-slag-based autoclaved wall material. A preparation method of the wall material mainly comprises steps as follows: mixing raw materials in parts by weight as follows: 50-92 parts of laterite nickel slag, 4-30 parts of slaked lime or 2-25 parts of quick lime, 0-30 parts of cement and 0-30 parts of water; performing compression molding; performing autoclaved curing. The method is simple in process, lower in autoclaved curing temperature and shorter in autoclaved curing time, has the low requirement for molding equipment, and has the advantages that the energy consumption is low and the fixed asset investment is lower. Besides, the prepared acid-leaching-method laterite-nickel-slag-based autoclaved wall material is high in strength (more than 40 MPa at most), good in water resistance and low in porosity, and the raw materials are mainly industrial waste residues, so that the autoclaved wall material is environment-friendly and can meet the requirement for novel wall materials.
