Powder liquefying system and preparation method
The invention relates to a powder liquefying system and a preparation method. The powder liquefying system comprises three components as follows: powder, water and an additive which are in mass proportion of (1:2:0.3)-(1:2.5:0.3). Theliquefying preparation method comprises the following steps: water and the additive are mixed firstly, then 50% of the powder is poured into the mixture and then stirred for 30 s, then the residual 50% powder is poured into the mixture and then stirred for 60 s, the powderliquefying operation is finished, the liquefied powder system for preparing concrete is obtained, the density of the corresponding powder liquefying system ranges from 1.20 g/cm<3> to 1.26 g/cm<3>, the homogeneity after 4 h keeps consistent to the initial homogeneity, and the flowing diameter ranges from 160 mm to 245 mm, and is prevented from gradual loss after 4 h. According to the powder liquefying system and the preparation method, a stable suspension liquid is prepared from powder, the powder, the additive and the water form one stable system, and special concrete can be prepared on the basis of the conventional productionequipment and process of a concrete batching plant.
