Water-retaining plastering anhydrite and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a water-retaining plastering anhydrite and a preparation method thereof. The water-retaining plastering anhydrite comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 45-55 percent of desulfurized gypsum, 26-35 percent of fine sand, 7-14 percent of light powder, 3.5-5 percent of latex powder, 3-5 percent of a calcium increasing agent, 0.3-0.4 percent of a water retaining agent and 0.2-0.4 percent of a retarder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing raw materials according to the proportion; sequentially putting into a mixer; fully mixing to obtain the water-retaining plastering anhydrite. The water-retaining plastering anhydrite disclosed by the invention is free of toxicity and harms, excellent in water retention property, high-temperature resistance and freezing resistance and low in shrinkage rate; besides, the water-retaining plastering anhydrite disclosed by the invention is light and is 2-3 times the cement with the same weight in cement lime yield, and 50% to 70% of a cementing material can be saved by coating the water-retaining plastering anhydrite disclosed by the invention with the same thickness of coating mortar.
