The invention provides a blast furnace slag runner castable prepared from ferrotitanium slag, which is composed of the following components in percentage by weight: 20-25 wt% of ferrotitanium slag with the particle size of 8-5mm, 10-15 wt% of ferrotitanium slag with the particle size of 5-3mm, 10-15 wt% of ferrotitanium slag with the particle size of 3-1mm, 5-10 wt% of brown fused alumina with the particle size of 1-0.088mm, 10-15 wt% of silicon carbide with the particle size of 1-0.088mm, 10-15 wt% of silicon carbide with the particle size of 180 meshes, 5-10 wt% of bauxite powder with the particle size of 180 meshes, 3-5 wt% of calcium aluminate cement, 3-5 wt% of alumina micropowder, 2-4 wt% of silicon dioxide micropowder, 2-4 wt% of pelleted pitch and 1-3 wt% of metallic silicon powder. The blast furnace slag runner castable can enhance the resource utilization ratio of the ferrotitanium slag; and the prepared blast furnace slag runner castable has the advantages of favorable erosion resistance and long service life.
