Preparation method of laminar porous hydroxyapatite ceramic
The invention relates to a preparation method of laminar porous hydroxyapatite ceramic, and belongs to the field of biomedical materials. A high-quality laminar porous hydroxyapatite ceramic material with anisotropy, uniform structure and high gap connectivity is obtained by organic combination of a physical vapor deposition technology and an ice template technology; and the porous hydroxyapatite ceramic is suitable for bone tissue growth as a bone repair material, and accords with the requirements of the bone tissue on the mechanical property. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, directional freezing on suspension slurry is not directly carried out through a metal frozen surface; flake-like ice crystal is firstly formed on the lower surface of a metal container through a physical vapor deposition method; the flake-like ice crystal enters the suspension slurry by virtue of directional temperature gradient, and then is further subjected to orientated growth along the original directional; and adjustment of the laminar porous structure is achieved through repulsive interaction of the flake-like ice crystal in oriented growth on ceramic particles in the suspension slurry.
