Prefabricated type steel spring floating slab
The invention discloses a prefabricated type steel spring floating slab. A traditional steel spring floating slab cannot be prefabricated in a factory and the transverse rigidity is poor. The prefabricated type steel spring floating slab comprises steel spring floating slabs and shearing force reamers, wherein a lug boss is arranged at the end part of each steel spring floating slab and a connection hole is formed in the end face of each lug boss; the lug bosses of the two adjacent steel spring floating slabs are mutually coupled and are connected by the shearing force reamers; two arms of each shearing force reamer are inserted into the connection holes formed in the end faces of the two adjacent steel spring floating slabs respectively. According to the prefabricated type steel spring floating slabs, the shearing force reamers are used as connection parts between the floating slabs, are main stressing parts between the steel spring floating slabs and can be used for bearing shearing forces and axial forces between the steel spring floating slabs during a driving process. Factory prefabrication of the steel spring floating slabs is realized, and a coupling design of the lug bosses of the steel spring floating slabs is used for the transverse connection between two adjacent floating slabs; the shearing force reamers are used for ensuring that the joints of the floating slabs can bear shearing forces and axial forces between the steel spring floating slabs in the driving process.
