Screw shaft adjustment device and paver thereof
The invention discloses a screw shaft adjustment device. The screw shaft adjustment device is applied to a paver and comprises two central indication plates which are correspondingly arranged on the two opposite side surfaces of a screw case of the paver, and are provided with reference parts, and a plurality of adjustment indication plates which are arranged on lifting seats of screw shafts respectively and are provided with calibration parts, wherein when the plurality of screw shafts of the paver are coaxial, the projections of the calibration parts of the adjustment indication plates and the reference parts of the central indication plates in the axial directions of the screw shafts are superposed. According to the screw shaft adjustment device disclosed by the invention, the central indication plates on the screw case are used as the adjustment references, and the adjustment indication plates used as adjustment reference points are additionally arranged on the lifting seats of the screw shafts, the up-and-down heights and the front-and-rear distances of the screw shafts are adjusted, and the condition that all the screw shafts are located on the same straight line can be guaranteed by virtue of the principle of three key points and one mainline, so that the adjustment accuracy is adjusted, the service lives of the screw shafts are prolonged, and then the paving effect is improved.
